No Money $100 million, Trading Halt will remain unless SDL cancels the deal with ANS, and noteholders convert the debts to shares, and the trading suspension could be lifted. If the deal with ANS keeps hanging around, SDL will remain trading suspension forever.
In any take over, credibility is number one. SDL board should act decisively and cancel the deal with ANS if ANS/WAPRC can not meet the conditions by 31 Dec 2018.
