The noteholders are sophisticated operators, and they continue with the deal which means one thing - the money is real. It's almost certainly bureaucratic delays from Africa.. Otherwise, cancel the deal. We will divert to the old deal - cancel the noteholders debt for shares and continue our search for a backer or 100% takeover once we are rid of debt.
