I suppose with COVID19 lockdowns and travel restrictions is does make it a bit more difficult to carry out face to face business negotiations particularly in the African continent. SDL will need to provide ANS with a further extension under those circumstances. It will probably cost ANS some more shares...Unless SDL has an alternative option, and third party sitting on the sidelines that we don't know about.
