IMO as the scale of what is unfolding dawns on people
then they will fully understand this doesn't happen every day

This is a major development that suits the times
this will require many billions of dollars

if all SDL options are exercised at 2cents that will give SDL $410 million
which is great but at the cost of 20 billion+ extra shares

either way those would have to be exercised at 2cents.

ANS will get 50.8 percent of SDL therefore 50.8 of any profits
ANS will be watered down by 7 billion shares ATM. for some of that investment

IMHO its still a win for SDL holders
and obviously a win for ANS who looks like becoming the
investment vehicle for China in Australia/Africa for Iron ore and associated infrastructure projects,

Only the brave would do this lol (prediction)

SDL is capped by the 2 cent options (20 Billion+) so will trade near that but at a sl discount on ending of suspension
ANS will open very close a billion dollar MC -- which would be about 7.5 cents
Based on everything proving to be as it seems and the hype we are going to see in the coming weeks

This is all conjecture and guess work on my part and in no way forms financial advice
