Timing -- you seem to ignore the rise of China, the one belt one road endeavour, the fact this time its a Chinese owned company.

SDL and ANS are in Suspension working out Strategic alliance --FACT
WAPRC are a Shanghai company already in for 3 million FACT

This is no different to what has been going on for the last 8-10 years.
There is a reason the share price is sub 1c.
No amount of spin is going to change that.

The stock market has priced SDL to fail, and there is nothing I have read so far that would change that opinion. White noise won't do it..
