Don't want to crash anyone's party, but has it occurred to all that Sundance has waited until the last moment to cobble together something that may satisfy to Cam Govt and the extension provided them. If they had a credible funding partner, why would they leave it until the last moment to announce.
I think they are desperate, in trouble and needed something to give them a lifeline.
