The Asx has its own rules on list and susp ect and its no business in what meetings SDL/ANS are having over in China. Any talk with China and if ANS really has the sway or "people to see" over there, things could really hot up very soon. IN FACT are holders not aware that theres may already be things happening before the deal with ANS?  OR we they have to go over fresh but the stronger position and succeed where just SDL failed by itself.
Best thing was that its all been going on behind the scenes- I need to point out that one of the characteristics of Communist govts, is that theres a lot of secrecy and things get done a little differently from what we are used to.  Hmm. Lets see if "doings" are a foot and "holders" ironically are last to hear of it.
Either way, we should benefit as things will heat up dam quick when the greater market hears of this if fresh funding rumours and take an active interest where before they didnt care- They will now!.
