Looks like ANS will be majority owned by WAPRC and ANS will take a majority interest in SDL...So in effect WAPRC will have majority interest in both ANS and SDL...
This is in effect a transfer of ownership which would have previously been held by the note holders...But it now opens up a vast opportunity to have the project funded and satisfy the conditions set down by the Cameroon Government and Mining licence
ANS share issue at a discount 1.3cents...
It is mind blowing to see how many issued shares both companies are dealing out and will end up with...but having said that when production commences a Share Consolidation should fix that..
