As you said that $100 million may not be the issue. However, this type of corporate deals that WAPRC proposed to take over 60 per cent of ANS through capital raising at discounted price of 0.0135 without following the 20 per cent take over rule, may be the first in the ASX history.
With reference to the 20 per cent Take Over Rule, any person or party who would like to acquire the company's equity ownership of 20 per cent and above, should submit the take over bid. In the case of ANS and WAPRC deals, there is no take over bid except capital raising deals. This may delay the lifting of the trading suspension.
