Surely, the SDL deals with ANS/WAPRC is far better than previous deals with noteholders. Feel sad that you do not hold any SDL shares. hehehe

If ANS/WAPRC deals with SDL do not go through or fail, the original deals with noteholders will be still valid.

Perhaps you should add in the bit from my post where I said that ANS and note holders will have a combined 62.2% if the deals go through.

Your old habits of selectively choosing only parts of quotes to suit your agenda that you are correct on everything seem to live on.

If the deals go through and ANS and the note holders exercise their options then they will hold a combined 80% of stock in SDL.
