You have a valid point. From the beginning, I have been asking myself and posters in this forum i.e, Why WAPRC does not directly acquire SDL and signs the deals with SDL without going through ANS. In this case, the ASX and ASIC are more likely to give green light on this transaction since SDL has previously agreed with noteholders to set free its debts by debt-equity-swap. However, those big guys may know something which is beyond our imagination. So let us wait for the ASX decision.
