Your missing the shares ANS already hold in SDL plus the 62.5 mill shares at .004
Also the note holders will get 2 billion shares
So when /if all the transaction go through, ANS will hold 51.6% of SDL
Note holders will hold 10.6% of SDL
Combined that is 62.2%
How is that better than 50.1% sale of Cam Iron to Tidfore, particularly as that also takes 62.2% of the Congo from existing shareholders as well.
Looks like face saving spin after all your comments recently stating the exact opposite of what has happened(may happen)
It was all about how great Tidfore were and ANS were irrelevant and no way could they possibly take control.
