You think you can try answer the question instead of making an unsupported statement that "we are moving ahead".. That's the whole point.. are we really moving ahead?? This looks like a smoke and mirror move to further mislead shareholder like you to make you believe that things are moving ahead. What is the purpose of a "draft notice"? Is this common procedure?? I think not but hoping to be told otherwise.
