    ANS desperately needs SDL and gave away 106 million ANS shares at 0.013 free of share to SDL. This is a Christmas present for SDL. Lol.
    Whoever is the acquirer and if ANS could complete this acquisition of major stake of SDL by 30 June 2020, it will benefit SDL shareholders since this high quality iron ore projects are in SDL.
