Yes this is of some benefit to SDL and a sign that the puppet in all this ANS want to save face on this deal. WAPRC are pulling all the strings.

I think ANS should have issued around 350 million shares to SDL though because unfortunately the real value of the ANS shares are significantly less at only about 30% of 1.3cents currently under this deal.
