ANS can not start buying shares off note holders to take control unless they make a full takeover bid that has to be open to all SDL shareholders
If the current proposed ANS deal goes through it is because ANS are not buying existing shares but will be issued new shares in SDL.
Even if this ANS deal was not around, would SDL be in a trading suspension the ASX ? Mbalm extension has expired, ASX may deem there is material uncertainty and force a trade halt.
