The options have an exercise price of 2 cents and only about 12 billion so $240M goes into the Company. At a capex of $500M (20% of NPV) and finance in place it works out at about 2 cents a share. Nobody is going to exercise options unless the share price is at least 3 cents. The 2 cents per share is good news for punters at 0.5 cents but not good for the old crew hanging in at 80 cents.
