Years ago Hanlong offered 45c per share. We were 2.2Billion at the time. For this company to survive, which I strongly doubt due to the useless penguin still being at the helm and having killed this company off, the ANS deal must go through. If it does go through it means at least 22 Billion shares on issues. .. Extrapolate or equate to 4.5 cents.... but wait... there is another 30 billion option at 0.004 odd cents. So make it a 45Billion share company. Resource is the same.. it didn't increase 20fold!!!. Thus.. fair price if they get funding in place... ALA the useless penguin, the big scoop for shareholders is.... 1c per share!!!!. But the "shine SDL shiners" just don't get it. Stupidity personified.....

The options have an exercise price of 2 cents and only about 12 billion so $240M goes into the Company. At a capex of $500M (20% of NPV) and finance in place it works out at about 2 cents a share. Nobody is going to exercise options unless the share price is at least 3 cents. The 2 cents per share is good news for punters at 0.5 cents but not good for the old crew hanging in at 80 cents.
