I'd much prefer companies such as AND stayed listed on the ASX rather than being taken over by a USA company.
Yes, eventually receiving a premium from a scheme of arrangement is pleasant, but one than has to decide where to place those funds.
It is concerning to observe the paucity of new listings on the ASX, and their perceived lack of quality and often high IPO pricing. Meanwhile, good emerging companies like AND get swallowed.
I'd much prefer companies such as AND stayed listed on the ASX...
