Someone I know has received a call from the proposed acquirer. I've yet to receive one.
This presumably is to try to discover SH attitudes towards the scheme of arrangement.
@madamswer expressed severe reservations (Up to each of us, but some would say the offer is lowball.)
I will vote against it.
I prefer these sorts of growing companies that are starting to do OK to remain listed.
