Given the shocking announcement and revision to EPS, is this cheap? No given even more downside risk to EPS from here.
PE would need to be the low teens or even 10 to be considered a bargain.
It’s worth a dip in at $24-$25, but I’d stagger buys. It could get to low 20s. Balance sheet, sector, and long term prospects are decent. However it truest was a horrid announcement.
I have no free cash for this at present or I would have bought in when it dropped down to my range. Albeit, my gut feeling is this will trend lower. I’ll assess this vs a few other value buys when my dividend cheques flow in March/April. It’s on my value list, well getting there.
