Re MCF Energy valuation - it is a bit like saying that Blackkrock has a higher valuation than Silicon Valley Bank ...
Blackrock has a call on money, strong shareholders & management, and people are valuing that, not their one farm-in interest where their commitment so far is ~$100k (thee rest of 50% of well cost is only thee if ADX finds the other 50% of funding.
MCF can write off the $100k and it won't affect them. ADX, on the other hand, has to keep trying to attract funds. Perhaps another share issue in the offing
