IMO, NO.
Why gamble on an announcement when the only announcement that would be significant enough to substantially increase the SP, I believe, would be an off-take agreement.
But if they announced this next week, SHs would rightfully be furious at the directors. If they had this " up their sleeve" or even imminent, then it would prove incompetent & unnecessarily dilutionary not to release this before SPP ( cash was not urgent as raised $600k in May). Once the SP increased, wait a week or two, then raise at a 20% discount to a KNOWN vwap.
Pleasr don't gamble on a significant announcement next week saving the day.
The damage done to the SP & credibility have been significant. Do not trust this company, or anyone on HC for that matter, until facts are known.
