You are very astute TP, as mentioned in previous Ann, at the moment Co is looking at best options...

From our trialing and work at the Florida Innovation Centre, our experts have had a lot of time to experiment, learn about and trial the best process for making carbonate from DLE & our brine. We've had many experts and innovators playing with the process, and from accounts we have just about nailed it.
Now, given Koch have confidence in their first stage of the DLE process, how much would they like to JV or even include our tech in giving them the complete process- because DLE looking like it may challenge the Hard Rock & Evaporation processes bigtime- less destructive to environment, quicker & better costs efficiency.
So will Koch want a part of our project- you betcha, would they want the IP for our tech- definitely, so a JV or funding or buyout of the tech all on the table- Bruce is just working out which is best for the Co and for his many shares!
