    As I understand it, Koch family are mega rich and do some serious donations to politicians.

    I suspect this is a way Koch can get some pay back from the government should loans be cut to fund ASN.

    I see this as great news - particularly given they seemed to have already done some testing - ie. this isn't a move just because...

    Annoying the wait though.... 4 months to DFS/FEED
