Why go hard and buy all your shares at once when theres no demand still on the buying side?
URA, insto's ect will keep mopping up the weak and playing the game with each other till some big moves come on a broad scale.
when that will be who knows but they are making big money and gaining free shares each fall and rise.
the demand will come and is growing, average price is rising soon enought it will pop the cork and do a big bollinger walk like old times!
