The old saying “ follow the money “ , well if LG AND Koch aren’t a “ follow the money “ I don’t know what is !!
Furthermore what we may consider DD -I think the reasonable investor would say consider that these large corporations didn’t get there by being benevolent, they got there by identifying market opportunities, conducting their research and identifying the market participants they want to invest or partner IMO for the likes of 2 very large multinational corporations to identify ASN and seek the opportunity to invest/ participate/ develop with them is a major positive for both ASN mgmt team and its tremendous world class assets
