Lucretious - in my view you are on the money. I have had quite a lot of experience working with US corporations and know something of the Koch strategy. If GR works as a Kock/ASN project it will inevitably become Kock only, possibly with US friends. Still, providing the takeover is at a fair price (question !!) why would we Aussie shareholders worry.
