Of course, the setup fees for LSI at Triton was $708,609. Therefore to pay that and not use them even a monkey could see that it wasn't worth it.
ADN also used LSI and the deal was to pay 8 million shares in implementation and activation fees.
ASN have already made use of LSI for $250,000 working capital, and they still hold 6.2 million shares.
Similar to having a credit card, they're not ideal, you're going to pay fees and interest, but they're handy to have in times of need. That's why the majority of people have one as back-up.
