Just to clarify, correct me if I'm wrong.....but Lilacs only input is converting brine to eluate. The carbonation process occurs after this which Tom Currin of SouthWest Technologies has been appointed for this step. Therefore Lilac is not technically appointed to make BG lithium but just the eluate. The ann on 09/05/19 explains this well.
I agree Lilac need to prove their step in large scale, once that's complete then it's been stated the following steps are straight forward.
