Ann: Anson Closes SPP and Secures $15m Equity Facility, page-58

* The captain of the ship announced he had 'funding secured' $1.65m from Chia on 11th April.
* The SPP closed last week and funding has not been secured at 6c and we are now trading at 5.5c
* The registry is so weak the CEO thought he could raise $3m from mums and dads at 6c whilst for most part of the last 6 weeks, the share price has been under 6c and really no significant announcement during that time to support a higher price.
* He has completely stuffed this up. He should have just secured the $1.65m from Chia and the share price would not be where we are today.
