IMO it's in anticipation of upcoming news on The Bull or the DFS. Ultimately as the EU and Western economies diversify away from Chinese Lithium, assets such as this will receive much interest. And with the deposit this close to Tesla and much of the infrastructure already in place, it's too good of an opportunity to miss. As I alluded to before, and today's buying confirming, even instos are taking interest.
