Im pretty certain the oppies will be converted, worst case the directors have to cough up a few grand to buy enough shares to get it over 3 cents. Being a tight register someone can move the price up or down a few pips without much capital.
Predicting a lot of news before July 13, still 9 weeks. Now we can hopefully shelf the graphite and move onto the main event.
