Firstly your a legend RJ. Thank you for your posts.
Brought in at 5.7 about 2 weeks ago and sold @ 10 Back in-@ 11.5 and in for the long run. The $2.5M CR is small change in the long term. People regularly pay that for a home these days.
In 2-3 years I reckon we will all look back @ 11c and laugh. All wish we brought more.
Anyway that's my two bobs worth. DYOR
