There is clearly someone trying to keep the share price down, most likely brokers acting for the ETF URA, they appear to be trying to get there shares back at 8.4 cents or less, I do not think they can do it for much longer as the spring is tightly coiled here, any decent buys coming in now should see the price move above 9 cents today.
Quite surprised that the share price is not already trading above 10 cents, but it is what it is, our time will come.
