I agree when it comes to this Bruce he cant control the share price . But he can time announcements. This seems like a unique strategy. I dont know if he has shareholders in mind but you have to consider his situation . He needs funds for these projects. I would assume he has investors as he said in his interviews but maybe they are low balling him asking for too much . I've seen investors put money in worst situations than this and that's australia not America. He would know the viability of the project and the likelihood of it succession. Analyse his body language in interviews to get the most out of him.
