well if your 1st figure is correct you can form 2 views I think :

A) there are less total dissolved solids in GR Mississippian than there are at Paradox Mississippian and therefore low ppm of every thing including Lithium .

B) there is less heavier solids than there was else where and therefore a lot higher concentrations of Lithium and Boron and low bromine Magnesium and others .

Utimately only assays can tell - BUT - looking at the brine coming out I'm thinking B because of the clarity of the liquid .
