When I read 9.5lb/g, I got myself thoroughly confused because I remembered from schooldays in England more years ago than I care to remember, a gallon of water weighed 10lb. The I remembered that was an imperial gallon, not the US one. Using those units, a gallon of water weighs 8.34lb, so here we have a far denser fluid courtesy the dissolved salts. This gives one a rough idea that we're probably looking at a saturated solution, holding +/- 1.2lb of those salts. Time to make woopee!
