yes Barmad - it couldn’t read better- also looks to stop unnecessary self interest groups from delaying projects with the bill expressing the state as final adjudication- which is fantastic for asn - It is , as you stated extremely positive for the industry and in particular ASN - I would agree as some others have suggested that the ASN SDP is in fact the pilot study- which as we know has been- including the new drill - conducted with terrific ESG and state compliance and oversight- pleasing to know that ASN are doing everything with such a methodical, precedent setting approach to govt shareholders and environment expectations
going to b a very positive next few weeks/ months
