Here's the link to the Brine Amendments law coming into effect this week that I mentioned earlier.
This is in my view, what BLM have been stalling for as there isnt really a precident in the US for a company like us.
It is an amazing read, almost like it was written by Bruce himself!
It's the most DLE friendly law that could be written and 100% reads as though targeting getting both our projects across the line.
Im no lawyer though, and would love to read others input on what they find within its pages.
This directly impacts our investments and Ansons imediate future progress so I highly recommend to do your own DD on this.
