    Grade is KING, then flows to surface 2nd

    This could be any price, Risk appetite of market at point of time

    I still think the market will continue its rally in to early next year, that was the main reason for me not selling for free carry

    Broader market rallies arrive in spurts, THE ASX has not had a sustained rally for approx. 5 years now.

    So the timing is right for me
