    ‘This approval demonstrates the government of Utah’s support for the development of Green River Project.’

    Certainly means we just about own all the land around GR- and it states, ‘An OBA allows for special consideration to bring significant projects into production.’

    Just need to get our Koch partnership bedded down and lots will fall into place.
