if this was drilling that brine in a couple months, imo no way sellers would give it up.
but 4m mc to say 20m mc pre drill ? thats what they give up, for their time to look at something else.
they might buy back in, but could have tied that capital up, and this could also run prior.
there is is imo, no great catalyst immediate, and the few have lost sight of the prize.
