Looks ok. Nice they had it underwritten. Good to see they are offering to existing share holders. Seems they already have sophisticated and professional offers. At least this way people cant say its not fair.

So even if no currents shareholders want to get more shares (I am sure some will) seems we will have $2 million+ in bank soon.
