So reading the Proposed Securities Issue document yes we find a value of 2.88 cents per share quoted. Which then suggests that ASN management have a crystal ball at their disposal. As they state in the previous Announcement that the price will be determined by a volume-weighted average over the 5 trading days prior to the issue of the new shares. The issue date, of course, being 15th of July. So how exactly does one calculate the volume-weighted average for the 5 trading days prior to 15th of July when today is only 16th of June.?

"The shares offered under the SPP will be issued at a 20% discount to the volume
weighted average price of Anson shares on ASX over the 5 trading days before the issue date of
the shares (SPP Issue Price)."

"Issue of new shares under SPP and Top-Up Placement Wednesday, 15 July 2020"

"Issue Currency
AUD - Australian Dollar
Offer Price per +security
AUD 0.02880"

Note that when it is asked Actual Price or Estimated, the answer given is estimated. No it's not fixed at 2.8 cents. How does one estimate that.? By suggesting that it's going to be held near that price until the issue of new shares is complete.?

So no amazing out of this world news to come is my prediction for the next month.
