I can see exactly what will play out here if the share price stay around current level,they will raise 2 million plus the 1 million top up ,then place oversubscriptions of over 2 million to get the total raised to over 5.7 million dollars ,we could end up with a new top holder.
There is nothing here saying that one current holder cant subscribe for all they want up to the maximum amount than can be issued.
A opportunity for a Australia or New Zealand holder to take up a big piece of the company on the cheap.
