He'd want to have something up his sleeve cause this will continue to fall over the next month. the proposed security form for the SPP is for max 198mil shares which equate to $0.01 per share by my reckoning. Not saying it will def get down to this level but def possibility. Terrible they expect shareholders to chip in "blind".
