The thread is a mess because a) the SPP is confusing & not in the interest of current SHs & b) other posters quoting that $0.0288 is the SPP price which is misleading because no-one wants face the truth of the possible outcome.
Even your "guess" of 40-80 mill. shares assumes a SPP of $0.05 - $0.025 which would mean a vwap between $0.06 - $0.03 which I would suggest is HIGHLY optimistic & misleading.
For those suggesting that they will drop an Ann to increase SP, please think critically. Why wouldn't they drop the Ann first wait a week or two then go the Sophs &/or SHs with a set price.
They only raised $600k just over a month ago ffs. They shouldn't be desperate for the money.
You can say what you about motives of those who use facts to base arguments but the rampers on here are more dangerous to the average investor who is less informed & treats "likes" for facts.
Imo this will be pushed lower. Be wary.
