Correct, the vagueness is because it’s dependent on BLM approval times.
ASN used up 3 NOI’s (notice of intent) from the BLM for the previous re-entries, simple process, however they were only allotted 3 so now have to apply for PoO (Plan of Operation) which is a more drawn out process.
