Chia's has left the building imo. From the 23rd April (BBB would have been negotiating with him a week or two prior to the announcement) until today 7th June and no funds received.
ASN have until 17th June and they can call on $250k or they may have indicated to LSI they need $1.5m - that might explain the capping at around 5.5c vwap. The vwap will probably rise a little higher, however makes no difference because LSI can nominate 5.5c and we know they'll dump straight away. JORC will be released, pump to 8c again and LSI will dump the $250k~$1.5m and walk away with a tidy profit.
