There will only be a TH if the market is open between the time that results are confirmed and the announcement is made. That's purely to stop anyone trading on information that's not yet available to the market.

The only other TH of sorts, which is pretty likely, is the announcement being made and it going into pre-open for 30 minutes to give time for results to be digested by the market before trading recommences.

Of course as mentioned if the announcement is made while the market is closed there will be neither or these scenarios.

I feel a lot of people see THs as something that must happen before a big announcement is made to build hype which is pretty ridiculous. Any management team that uses a TH to build suspense and not to protect shareholders is a poor team management, and thankfully ASN management have shown themselves to be nothing but great.
